CLEVELAND — Officials have given the "all clear" after briefly issuing a shelter in place order for the entire campus of Case Western Reserve University early Monday morning.
Authotiries put the order in place just before 1 a.m., and now confirm multiple police departments investigated a report of gunshots fired near East Boulevard and Euclid Avenue. It has now been determined that there is "no risk to the campus community."
The order lasted for less than 15 minutes, and there are no reports of any injuries at this time. Anyone wishing to report any type of emergency on the campus is urged to call the Case Western Reserve police department at (216) 368-3333.
