CLEVELAND — Take a look outside your window on Friday afternoon and chances are you'll see some beautiful sights around Northeast Ohio.
Yes, there is snow in the forecast this weekend for some of us, but let's not think about that right now. Let's enjoy the sights and sounds of gorgeous fall foliage. Our photojournalist Devin Lamb and digital producer Brian Crane teamed up to turn some great photos into a video gallery. Devin took a trip out to Thrush Park on Cleveland's west side as well as Clifton Blvd. in Lakewood and captured some amazing images.
You can check out our video in the player above.
With that in mind, we want to see your own pictures and videos of the colorful fall foliage in your area! You can submit photos and videos through the WKYC app using the "Near Me" feature or by texting a picture to (216) 344-3300.
Remember to include your name, where you're from and your email address or phone number with your submission so we can contact you and let you know if we plan to use what you've shared with us in one of our shows or a post. Also, if you were visiting somewhere, be sure to let us know where it was so that we can share your recommendations with our viewers.
The following instructions will allow you to send your photos and videos through our WKYC app:
- Open the app and tap on the call to action near the top of your screen.
- You'll see it in a bright orange bar, asking for your fall fun photos.
- From there, you can select your photo or video right from your phone, write a short description so we know what we're looking at and hit submit.
- When your submission has gone through, you'll see the word "Success" pop up in the app and you'll know it's been sent to us and is awaiting review by our team.
