CLEVELAND — Cleveland police are looking for two suspects involved in the deadly shooting of a 15-year-old boy at East 156th Street and Lakeshore Boulevard.

According to details released Tuesday morning, police say the teen had been found slumped inside of a vehicle around 5:45 p.m. Friday with multiple gunshot wounds to the head and body after officers responded to the scene.

The boy was taken to University Hospitals where he was later pronounced dead. His name has not yet been released.

Police say a 16-year-old boy, who was a passenger in the vehicle at the time of the shooting, was also hurt during the incident. He was taken to the hospital by a private vehicle with a gunshot wound to the leg.

“Preliminary investigation reveals that the victims were traveling in a vehicle when suspects traveling in a sedan pulled up to their vehicle and began shooting,” according to a press release from the Cleveland Police Department.

No arrests have been made, but police say there are two unidentified suspects in the case.
