CLEVELAND — Kansas City Chiefs TE and Northeast Ohio native Travis Kelce returned to his roots this weekend.
The Cleveland Heights native spent his weekend in Cleveland, visiting some of his favorite restaurants.
Among his stops was Geraci's Slice Shop, located on Prospect Avenue in downtown Cleveland.
The pizza shop posted a photo of Kelce on Instagram, asking him to bring his girlfriend, Taylor Swift, next time he's in town.
"When NFL star and Heights legend @killatrav swings by Geraci’s Slice Shop, you know it’s going to be a touchdown-worthy slice! Next time, bring Taylor 😉 🏈🍕," said the Pizza shop on Instagram.
This isn't Kelce's first time eating Geraci's Pizza, as he previously recommended the spot to a fan as a place to eat in Cleveland.
"Geraci's Pizza is also a very good spot over in University Heights," said Travis in an episode of "New Heights," which is hosted by Travis and his brother, former Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce.
Geraci's Slice Shop recently opened its doors in Cleveland as an 80s-inspired restaurant that transports you back to the time of big hair bands with wood panel walls, boom boxes, and throwback games.
In addition to stopping at Geraci's, Kelce visited Yours Truly In Valley View and TownHall in Ohio City.
The visit also came just a few weeks after Jason and Travis Kelce both attended their bobblehead night at the Cleveland Cavaliers Game on Tuesday, March 5.
