CLEVELAND — The U.S. Marshals have arrested Marshae Davis, the third suspect wanted in connection with a shooting that killed Christie Bozeman, a 28-year-old Cleveland woman.

The 34-year-old, who was wanted by the Cleveland Division of Police for aggravated murder, was arrested on Tuesday morning at a home in the 3200 block of Overlook Road in Cleveland Heights.

"Months after the initial arrest in this case, the Cleveland Division of Police Homicide Unit continues to pursue justice for this victim, as a third suspect is now in custody," said U.S. Marshal Pete Elliott. "We will continue to assist the Cleveland Division of Police in putting these violent fugitives behind bars."

CASE DETAILS

The case dates back to May 3, when officers responded to the 2400 block of Central Avenue in Cleveland and found Bozeman inside her apartment with multiple gunshot wounds.

EMS attempted to render aid to Bozeman, but she later died at MetroHealth as a result of her injuries.

Cleveland police previously identified 18-year-old Lenoai Johnson and 26-year-old Cashmere Cole as suspects in the deadly incident. On May 15, members of the NOVFTF arrested Johnson in an apartment near the 2400 block of Central Avenue in Cleveland.
