CLEVELAND — The holiday season will be here before you know it, and downtown Cleveland is already preparing for the return of WinterLand 2023.
The event kicks off with the holiday tree lighting ceremony at Public Square on Saturday, Nov. 25.
“This quintessential holiday experience always delights people of all ages, and we’re excited about this opportunity to bring the community together every year,” said Michael Deemer, Downtown Cleveland, Inc. President & CEO. “We welcome everyone to join us for this Downtown Cleveland tradition and to come back throughout the winter for an array of programs and events. We are grateful to our sponsors, Bedrock, K&D Group, and other partners, that make this beloved celebration possible.”
Officials say WinterLand 2023 “will activate Downtown Cleveland with joy and merriment from Public Square to Playhouse Square” by connecting both locations with vendors, food and more.
“WinterLand brings a robust schedule of activities that takes place all season long, with festivities concluding in February,” organizers say.
Additional details about this year’s WinterLand experience have not yet been released.
