EAST CLEVELAND, Ohio — Officials with the East Cleveland Police Department are asking for the public’s help with information after a body was found in a field early Monday morning.
Police were called to the scene in the area of Terrace Road and Hastings Avenue shortly before 9:30 a.m. after somebody discovered a body in the filed while walking their dog in a park area.
Investigators suspect foul play and contacted the detective bureau, which responded to the scene.
