The footage shows officers chasing the the Mazda SUV around 11:30 p.m. last Wednesday. Authorities say the vehicle had been reported stolen out of Wickliffe, and when officers attempted to pull the car over it instead sped off, traveling along a number of streets.

In the video, one officer claims the Mazda "almost struck" his cruiser. Law enforcement then reported seeing one of the SUV's wheels "disabled" before it crashed into a light pole near Dave's Supermarket on Lee Road.

The car can then be seen in flames as police rescue three people from inside, including a pair of 19-year-old sisters who claimed they had been held inside against their will. A 30-year-old male passenger was apprehended, while a 38-year-old man and the alleged driver ran off before officers ordered him to the ground at gunpoint and arrested him.

All four were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. No charges have been filed at this time.
