LAKEWOOD, Ohio — With only their Lakewood location remaining, Melt Bar and Grilled will temporarily close on Labor Day to undergo "large scale" and "ambitious" renovations that will dramatically change the restaurant Northeast Ohioans have known and loved for almost 18 years.
The seven-day closure is set to make a major facelift to the "current version" of Melt, according to owner Matt Fish.
As of now, just that original Lakewood location remains after the business stretched as far and wide as Cedar Point, Dayton and Mentor, among other locations.
Monday, Sept. 9 is the planned reopening date.
