There are new developments in the case of a Middleburg Heights couple who have made headlines in recent weeks.
Dawn and Carlos Berry were arrested Monday on charges related to drug trafficking and sales of fire arms.
You might remember their names from previous reports.
In June, we told you someone spray painted racist graffiti on their house.
Then last month, we told you the Berry family's dog had been taken by animal control 9 months earlier for not having a leash on. They were told they had to pay to get him back.
On Monday, Parma Heights Police obtained arrest and search warrants on the couple.
Police searched their home in Middleburg Heights and told us nothing was found.
However, Carlos Berry is in the Parma Detention Center on felony charges. Dawn will be brought there after she's released from the hospital.
Both are scheduled to appear in court Tuesday morning.
