There is a new podcast released Friday called “Who Killed Amy Mihaljevic?” And though it may not actually answer that question, it could give some hope.

It is produced by Rocky River native Bill Huffman, who remembers Amy’s story from childhood.
He was the same age she was when she disappeared.
“It was one of those things that really didn’t ever leave me,” said Huffman, who believes good can come of his effort.
“I am extremely confident that with this podcast, and with all of the stuff that they’re doing behind the scenes, that we will find resolution sooner rather than later,” he said.
Amy’s father, Mark, hopes so too. He is also part of the podcast.
“It’s just to jog somebody’s memory,” he said. “Just takes that one person…that’s what the police have been hoping for, just that one person, that one lead.”
Huffman describes himself as an “independent journalist” and does not do podcasts for a living. He is evidence of the deep and lasting impression Amy made on people of her generation.
Investigators with the FBI and Bay Village Police have said they are not giving up, though there is nothing new in their investigation.
