NORTH ROYALTON, Ohio — The North Royalton Fire Department confirms one person has died and two others were hurt after a fire broke out inside of an apartment at the Sunrise Cove Condominiums on Sunday afternoon.
Fire crews were alerted to the fire on Cove Drive at approximately 2:48 p.m.
Firefighters arrived to the scene and put out the active fire at the apartment complex. Eleven units were displaced due to water and fire damage.
3News' Lydia Esparra confirmed the death and injuries at the scene of the fire on Sunday evening.
The fire is currently under investigation.
