According to a Facebook posts from Two Bucks ownership, the locations set for closure are Lakewood, Middleburgh Heights, North Olmsted and Parma.

Since opening their first location in Avon in 2010, the chain grew to open six locations throughout Northeast Ohio.

The full statement can be read below:

"Two Bucks would like to share some bittersweet news with our valued customers. We have made a difficult, but strategic decision to sell several Two Bucks locations (Lakewood, Middleburg, North Olmsted, and Parma) at the end of this week. These locations will embark on exciting new journeys under new ownership groups. However, our beloved and original Avon location will remain open, unchanged, and will continue to serve the amazing community with unwavering commitment. This strategic shift opens new opportunities, enabling us to focus on our strengths and deliver even greater excellence. As we eagerly anticipate the emergence of new eateries in our former locations, we extend our heartfelt wishes for their resounding success!

"We have so many fond memories of serving the local community and working with tons of great people from the area. Our appreciation goes out to our valued patrons, amazing team members, and partner vendors for their support and service throughout the years.

"This was a very difficult decision for us to make, both personally and professionally, for many reasons. However, ultimately, this move will put the company in a much better position for continued success.

"Navigating the restaurant industry in this post-pandemic world, with growing economic issues, is becoming increasingly difficult. The world and the industry are quickly changing around us and we recognized that a smaller restaurant group would be more manageable for us in terms of operations and guest experience, positioning us for future success.

"While this chapter may be closing for most of our locations, the spirit of Two Bucks will live on in Avon. We invite you to visit us there, where memories will continue to be made. This is not a goodbye, but rather a heartfelt thank you and a reminder that the bonds we've built extend beyond the physical spaces we've occupied. Please, more than ever, spread kindness and support local businesses whenever you can, including the new ones that will soon be opening in our place.

"Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for being part of our journey."

The Eastlake Two Bucks location appears to be staying open after they were not mentioned in the above statement. The posted the following statement on their location's Facebook page on Tuesday evening:

"We would like to stop the rumors of Two Bucks (Eastlake) closing. We are NOT closing but just getting started."
