BEDFORD HEIGHTS -- Police have an ongoing investigation into what appears to be a serial rapist case, according to police.

Police say the suspect has attacked three female victims that they know of over the course of a 10-month period, the latest assault happening last Friday.

Two victims were sexually assaulted, one was raped, according to police.

The attacks all occurred in the same general location where the victims were abducted as they tried to enter their apartments in the late evening hours between 11 p.m. and 4 a.m.

They were forced into their own cars, driven around, sexually assaulted, robbed and then returned to a location in close proximity to where they were abducted.

Police say the suspect generally shields his identity by covering his face with something, but one victim got a quick glance when he inadvertently removed the covering.

The suspect is thought to be between 20-30 years of age, a medium-complexioned black, with a stocky build and stands between 5'8 and 6 feet tall.

Callers may contact Detective Ericka Payne at 440-786-3266, if they have reason to believe they may have information that coincides with the physical description.

Police say that people should be reminded that this sketch is based on a very quick glance during a high-stress incident and resemblance to it alone does not constitute identification of a suspect.
