CUYAHOGA COUNTY, Ohio — Thousands of people in Northeast Ohio were without power on Monday with the biggest impacts in Cuyahoga County.

Power has since been restored.

A FirstEnergy spokesperson tells 3News there were "a few unrelated issues causing these scattered outages," but the main one was a pole fire that disrupted service to approximately 3,600 customers in Cuyahoga County.

"Crews are investigating the cause of the fire and making repairs as quickly as possible," FirstEnergy said in a statement Monday.
