ROCKY RIVER, Ohio — An investigation is underway after a body was found on the beach at Rocky River Park.
Rocky River police say they received a call on Saturday, Feb. 24, just before noon, from a caller who reported what she believed was a human body washed up on the beach at 20250 Beach Cliff Blvd.
Upon arriving at the scene, police found a body and temporarily closed the park to investigate.
The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office responded to the scene and is working to identify the body.
According to police, Rocky River Park reopened at 2 p.m.
