ROCKY RIVER, Ohio — Friends and family of a man found murdered in a Cleveland Metropark gathered Sunday to ask for justice, answers, and remember their loved one.
Carnell Sledge and Kate Brown were found dead by kayakers near the river north of the Lorain Road bridge June 4. The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner ruled their deaths as homicides, as both were shot in the head.
On Sunday, Sledge's family gathered at the same spot to remember his life, and speak out. They say it's already been too long without answers or a suspect in Sledge and Brown's deaths.
The FBI is still offering a $20,000 reward for any information leading to the arrest of the person (or persons) involved in the murders.
