CLEVELAND -- Earlier this week, the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's Office released three new expert reports related to the November 2014 shooting death of 12-year-old Tamir Rice.
Mary Jane Trapp, a former appellate judge and current private practice attorney with Cleveland's Thrasher, Dinsmore, and Dolan, visited the WKYC studios Monday to share her insight on the new batch of materials, which includes a recreation of the scene at Cudell Rec Center by the Ohio State Highway Patrol, along with two commissioned reports from law enforcement experts.
