VALLEY VIEW, Ohio — Water was gushing into the sky early Thursday due to a water main break along Canal Road in Valley View between Hathaway and Stone Roads.
A 3News crew at the scene spotted icy conditions in the area as the gushing geyser was met with frigid temperatures in the single digits.
