BAINBRIDGE, Ohio — A mother and her young child were struck by a vehicle in an alleged hit-and-run at a Target in Bainbridge Township -- and now police are asking for the public’s help in finding the suspect.
In details posted on their Facebook page, Bainbridge police say it was around 7:10 p.m. Monday when officers responded to the scene on North Market Place -- but the vehicle involved had already fled prior to their arrival.
Police did not provide any details on the conditions of the mother and child who were struck.
“If you were a witness or have any information regarding this incident, please contact the Bainbridge Police Department,” according to their Facebook post. “Your tips can remain anonymous.”
