Geauga County Public Library system moves to contact-free pick-up

Due to rising number of COVID-19 cases

CHARDON, Ohio — The Geauga County Public Library system will begin contact-free pick up beginning December 15, 2020 due to the rising number of local COVID-19 cases and in accordance with the Stay Safe Ohio Protocol.

In addition to contact-free pick-up, limited one-hour computer session must be made by appointment and will be the only in-person services offered in the Geauga library system.

Book drops will remain open and returned materials will continue to be quarantined for 96 hours.

Administrators at the Geauga Library system will continue to monitor the situation taking cues from local and state officials.

They will also continue to update the public as is warranted.  

To book a computer appointment, guests are asked to call their local library branch.
