Home with massive dinosaurs in front yard goes up for sale in Cleveland: It's All Good News

Check out a Cleveland home adorned with dinosaurs, celebrating Montana Love's boxing win, and announcing the first ever Stark County Pride Festival!

CLEVELAND — If the nice weather this week isn't enough, we have so much good news this week to make you smile.

On this week's It's All Good (News!) with Stephanie Haney, we start with a Cleveland home with animal statues galore that you have to see for yourself, move on to a huge success for local Cleveland boxer Montana Love, and celebrate the first-ever upcoming Stark County PRIDE Festival. Lets get into it.

Stephanie's Win of the Week goes to the dinosaur-decked out home up for sale on Bosworth Road in Cleveland. Not only will you find dinosaur statues on the property, but elephant and giraffe statues too. The home also boasts a healthy three bedrooms and three baths. Why is the home for sale? Check out this episode to see why the homeowner has to leave his concrete friends behind.

And our viewer Win of the Week is for Cleveland boxer Montana Love this week! He fought in a match before the Canelo-Bivol fight in las Vegas earlier this week and won! Montana also fought in the Jake Paul fight at Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse last year. Congrats to him!

To our Good Vibes Only segment, which goes out to Stark County. This year they'll host their first ever PRIDE Festival! The festival will be held in Centennial Park on June 11th. We are extra excited to share this because we were tagged in a post using our #GoodNewsCLE hashtag! Thank you to Tracy Dawn Brewer for tagging us. Share your own exciting moments and announcements with us by doing the same!

You can watch the entire episode below:

We caught up with festival chair T.J. Horwood on the excitement leading up to this:

"We want to create a space where all voices are heard and shared, and people feel like they belong. A lot of people are commenting on our social media to say, wow I can't believe something like this is happening in Stark County, and so I think that's a big win for us."

We totally agree! Check out more information including opening acts and vendors, here.

We also cannot end the show without discussing the beautiful weather this week. Isn't it so helpful? Here's what you're saying about it in our Why We're Smiling segment:

Jewel is so excited the sunshine is out, and Michelle says the weather makes her get out.
