CLEVELAND — If you're in the market for a job, you may be in luck. The Cleveland Metroparks is hiring 1,000 employees for the 2024 season, the park district said in a press release.
In fact, a job fair will be held on Saturday, March 9, at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo, where a multitude of careers will be offered across park reservations, golf courses, food service, retail, marinas and the zoo.
"Cleveland Metroparks provides competitive wages, access to employee activities and discounts and a fun work environment. Seasonal positions are available for ages 16 and up and most positions offer a 40-hour workweek with employment dates ranging from spring through mid-October," the park district said in the release.
Interested people can head to Stillwater Place in the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo (3900 Wildlife Way, Cleveland) on Saturday, March 9, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. It's there, where applicants can meet with hiring managers and learn more about the jobs being offered.
