CASE DETAILS

Sinclair was arrested on Oct. 31 after he allegedly fired a shot in the Riverview Elementary School parking lot in Painesville during a domestic dispute.

According to Robert Izzo, the chief deputy for the Lake County Sheriff’s Office, Sinclair’s vehicle collided with the victim's car before he allegedly exited his vehicle and approached the passenger side of the other car. Reports indicate that he then fired a shot through the vehicle’s windshield.

Izzo previously told 3News that Sinclair, the victims in the other vehicle and the school resource officer all sustained minor injuries.

Following the incident, the Cleveland Division of Police suspended him.
