CLEVELAND — You want your local newsmakers to be open and honest with you, right? Let's be clear, then.
"Let's Be Clear" is all about transparency. WKYC has a clear, mobile newsroom that we're taking across the state over the next few weeks to talk to those making headlines in Ohio. Whether you agree with the guest, disagree, or are a fan of them, we know you have questions.

We continued Season 2 Monday with Cleveland car mogul Bernie Moreno, who has shifted his focus to his blockchain tech company. You can watch the full interview again below:
Last month, Moreno launched a new car titling product, which digitizes the process of car titling between state government, financial institutions, consumers and car dealers.
Though cars are Moreno's roots, he sold 18 of his 20 car dealerships to hone in on Blockland, Cleveland's blockchain effort, which has been established for about 12 months and consists of 1,700 people. The next move, Moreno says, is a tech center.
"Having all those pieces and parts in the same place is absolutely critical," he said. "...This idea of city block, this place where all this can happen, is really, really important."
Moreno has studied blockchain technology over the last four years. Now, he says the underlying technology is what's important to him.
"For me, being in early has made a big difference," Moreno said of Blockland. "...The idea that Cleveland can own this new transformative technology has become a big passion of mine."
