LORAIN, Ohio — Police are investigating the death of a 23-month-old boy.
Authorities say it was around 8 p.m. Wednesday when officers responded to the 1600 block of East 30th Street for the unresponsive child and a 13-year-old boy who was missing from that location.
Upon their arrival, medical personnel administered aid to the 23-month-old boy, but he later died at a local hospital.
The 13-year-old boy, who police say does not live at the residence, was located and later arrested.
The circumstances remain under investigation by the Lorain Police Detective Bureau.
