An Elyria woman was arrested for sitting nude on her front porch Sunday.
According to a police report, Annette M. Osborn, 48, of Elyria, was found by officers sitting on her front porch completely nude "with her private parts exposed."
Osborn told officers she was acting in protest of the drug activity that occurs across the street.
Several neighbors across the street, including children, said they could see Osborn.
Osborn was ordered to go inside and put clothes on before she was arrested for public indecency.

Ohio law states that no person can expose their private parts "under circumstances in which the person's conduct is likely to be viewed by and affront others who are in the person's physical proximity and who are not members of the person's household."
However, some cities have made it completely legal for women to be topless in public. Columbus is one of those cities.
