LORAIN — Crews in Lorain are battling a house fire in the 3700 block of Dallas Avenue on Wednesday evening.

No one was home when the fire broke out in the late afternoon. Several Lorain firefighters had to be treated for heat exhaustion afterwards and have since been released. No other injuries were reported.
Lorain Asst. Fire Chief Ray Cochran believes the homeowner was a car collector as many vehicles were damaged on site.
