LORAIN, Ohio — A 39-year-old man identified as Leonard McCall Jr. of Lorain has died following a shooting Monday, and police are now asking for the public’s help in finding the suspect responsible.
The Lorain Police Department says McCall was found with multiple gunshot wounds upon their arrival in the 400 block of West 14th Street.
Officers began lifesaving measures before EMS arrived, but McCall was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Lorain Police Criminal Investigations Bureau and the Lorain County Coroner’s Office are investigating the incident.
No suspects have been identified, but the Lorain Police Department is urging anybody with information to call the Criminal Investigations Bureau at 440-204-2105.
