The Lorain County General Health District has issued a warning to customers of Ketchem's Country Meats on Avon Belden Road in Grafton.
The district says investigation of an odor nuisance led inspectors to findings that the facility did not have water or electricity for refrigeration, but continued to process deer meat.
Anyone who has purchased deer meat from the 2016-17 hunting season from Ketchem's Country Meats is urged to call 440-322-6367.
At this time, there have been no reports of foodbourne illness connected to Ketchem's Country Meats.
WKYC previously reported on Ketchem's after leftover deer parts resulted in the bad odor that was investigated. Deer carcasses were disposed of behind the business.
