Should women grow out their facial hair to raise awareness about men's health issues in 'Movember' too?

"Movember" is an annual event throughout the month of November where men grow out their mustaches to raise awareness about men's health issues.

CLEVELAND — On Friday’s Lunch Break with Jay Crawford, Jay, Maureen Kyle and Stephanie Haney chewi over whether women should get in on the "Movember" movement and let their upper lip hair grow.

"Movember" is an annual event throughout the month of November where men grow out their mustaches (it's also called "No Shave November") to raise awareness about men's health issues, including prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and men's suicide.

Women’s shave brand “Billie” is highlighting the female 'stache and encouraging women to participate in the movement by growing out their facial hair for the cause.

The company shared a video filling people in on the great lengths women go to in order to remove unwanted body hair on Instagram on Friday.

The message behind the video was to let your natural hair growth be placed on display throughout November.

Jay, Maureen and Stephanie all have thoughts on this hairy issue, which you can find in the video here, and watch the full episode in the player below:
