CLEVELAND — On Lunch Break with Jay Crawford on Thursday, Jay and 3News’ Maureen Kyle are talking over the Ring camera that was hacked in a little girl’s bedroom, the proposed Harvey Weinstein sexual misconduct lawsuit settlement and Major League Baseball expanding netting in stadiums in 2020.
Diehards fans are against the extra netting because it takes away the thrill of potentially catching a foul ball, but in July, Cleveland Indians Francisco Lindor pleaded with the MLB to make a change after one of his foul balls hit a 3-year-old boy at Progressive field, sending the child (who is now OK) to the hospital.
Then, 3News Legal Analyst Stephanie Haney breaks down the proposed civil lawsuit settlement against disgraced Hollywood mogul Weinstein, who is accused of sexually assaulting dozens of women in the entertainment industry, and why they're not happy about it.
3News’ Mike Polk gives us a first look inside Lake Effects, a holiday pop up bar in downtown Cleveland’s Schofield building, and Chef Hunter Toth from Hook & Hoof in downtown Willoughby stops by the studio to share Chef’s Secrets to making amazing brussels sprouts.
