Brunswick police search for suspicious man they say offered children money

The incident happened on the 4200 block of Magnolia Drive on Thursday.

CUYAHOGA COUNTY, Ohio — Brunswick police are looking for a man they say approached a group of children and offered them money.

Brunswick police say the encounter happened on the 4200 block of Magnolia Drive just around 4:45 p.m. Thursday.  

Police say the man engaged in conversation with the group of children on Thursday afternoon. The man was believed to be driving a white Honda Accord with a sun roof.

The children left the area after the man approached and spoke to them. They went and told their parents about the encounter, and that the man offered them money, and the parents then reported it to Brunswick police.

Police describe the man as having dark hair. He was apparently wearing a blue shirt and he was possibly wearing glasses. The man was last seen driving towards Pearl Road.
