MEDINA, Ohio -- Imagine walking through a Christmas paradise, filled with delicate ornaments, thousands of toys and movie props from your favorite holiday flicks. That's what you get at Castle Noel in Medina.
Owners Mark and Dana Klaus even acquired holiday window displays from department stores in New York City, including Bloomingdale's, Lord & Taylor, Sak's Fifth Avenue and Macy's.
Castle Noel is known as "America's largest indoor year-round Christmas entertainment attraction. And, if you step inside the 40,000 square foot castle, you'll immediately know why.
We hung out there all morning on Sunday, getting a first-hand look at rooms such as the "Santa's Chimney Squeeze," the "Blizzard Vortex," and the impressive collection of Hollywood movie props and costumes.
Want to feel like a kid again? Head to the "I Had That" Toyland experience, where thousands of vintage of toys are on display.
Remember the scene in "A Christmas Story," where Ralphie heads down that big, red slide? You can re-create that iconic scene at Castle Noel.
