MEDINA, Ohio — Rainforest Car Wash in Medina has announced that they will be temporarily closed after a minivan caught on fire inside the location.
The Sharon Township Fire Department says the vehicle caught fire inside the car wash at around 2:24 p.m. on Friday.
Within three minutes of arriving, fire crews had water on the fire. All occupants were evacuated from the vehicle, and no one was injured.
In a release from Rainforest Car Wash, officials say that the fire happened due to a malfunction within the vehicle.
