MEDINA TOWNSHIP -- A woman is now charged for a fatal hit-and-run crash that killed a bicyclist in Medina Township.
Police say Tiffany Carter hit John Zavisza on Marks Road on Nov. 3, 2015 while he was riding his bike to work.
He later died at the hospital.
Carter is accused of fleeing the scene. She turned herself in later that day.
Carter is charged with failure to stop after a motor vehicle accident and vehicular homicide.
She will appear in court Feb. 22.
