Joshua Martinez wanted by Lorain Police Department and United States Marshals Service: Fugitive of the Week

On Sunday, May 1, the Lorain Police Department issued a warrant for Joshua Martinez’s arrest after he was accused of killing Gerardo Massari on Saturday.

The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Taskforce is asking for help from the public in finding this week’s Fugitive of the Week, who is the suspect of a recent murder in Lorain. 

24-year-old Joshua Martinez is wanted by the United States Marshals Service and the Lorain Police Department for an alleged homicide that occurred over the weekend. 

On Sunday, May 1, the Lorain Police Department issued a warrant for Martinez’s arrest after he was accused of killing a man in an alley behind the 1200 block of Oberlin Avenue.

Martinez is described as a white male standing at five feet and six inches tall and weighing 126 pounds. 

Martinez was last known to be living in the area of Lorain and Cleveland, Ohio.
