An injured deer has been seen roaming parts of Cuyahoga County with an arrow sticking out of its head.
Officials believe the arrow went through the deer's left eye and throat area.
The person responsible could face charges.
Officials with the Ohio Department of Natural Resources stress this is NOT an open season and believe this was a careless act.
The deer has been spotted in Parma and the Brecksville-Broadview Heights area.
Anyone with any information is asked to call police.
