CLEVELAND — Thousands of people were without power Sunday after wicked winds whipped Northeast Ohio.

Electricity has been restored to most of those impacted, but there are still a handful of scattered outages.

As of 5 a.m. Monday, FirstEnergy's outage map shows Cuyahoga County is the most impacted area with 330 outages. It's estimated those customers will have their electricity restored by 11:30 a.m.
