MANSFIELD -- The Richland County Sheriff's Office is still searching for a teenage boy who hasn't been seen in more than a month.
Payton Harbin, 14, was last seen Aug. 19 in Mansfield. The sheriff's office did not elaborate where Payton was last seen, but he is believed to still be somewhere in the Mansfield area.
Payton is described as being 5-foot-1 and 103 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
