STRONGSVILLE, Ohio — Update:
Cleveland water officials confirmed to 3News on Thursday morning that the water main was repaired, water was turned back on and the street was backfilled.

According to the Strongsville Police Department, a large water main break has caused the area of Drake and Howe Roads to close.
Crews from Cleveland Water are on the scene. Initially, the break was estimated to be fixed at 10 p.m. on Wednesday, however there is now no estimated time for the work to be completed.
"Once we get the water flow stopped, we can excavate and make repairs," a Cleveland Water official told 3News.
