TOLEDO, Ohio — A Toledo neighborhood became the scene of a movie Sunday evening.
According to Toledo police, 20th Century Studios will be in the Westmoreland neighborhood from approximately 8 p.m. Sunday to 4 a.m. Monday for the filming of an upcoming movie.
Police said the movie crew will be using prop guns and fake blood during filming. TPD said officers will be in the area to help with traffic control.
"It's a boost for us, ain't no doubt," Westmoreland resident William Ellis said. "It's another thing that's good that's putting us on the map."
"Money to be made," Tommy Johnson, another Westmoreland resident said. "Maybe we can get a part."
It's unknown what the title of the movie being filmed is.
