PORT CLINTON, Ohio — As 2019 turns to 2020, the search continues for 14-year-old Harley Dilly.

The Port Clinton teen has been missing since Dec. 20. While police still have no leads as to where he might be or what happened to him, they stressed Wednesday that the Dilly family was fully cooperating with the investigation.

"In our meeting with the family this morning, they appreciate everyone’s prayers and thoughts over Harley’s disappearance," Chief Rob Hickman wrote in a Facebook post, adding he and others "have no reason to believe they are involved."

On the day of his disappearance, Harley had apparently been headed to school, but never showed up. Hickman says the department is operating as if the boy is a runaway, and a $7,000 reward has currently been offered for information regarding his whereabouts.

"Harley, if you’re out there and you’re hearing this or seeing this we all want you home," the teen's grandfather Robert Styndl said during a Sunday vigil. "Your mom is in the deepest depression you’ve ever seen, she needs you to lay on her and hug her like you used to, we miss you son, come home please."
