Original Story:
A reward is being offered for information on the disappearance of an 18-year-old woman in Highland County.
Highland County Sheriff's Office said Madison Bell was reported missing around 11:20 a.m. Sunday.
According to Southern Ohio Crime Stoppers, a $15,000 reward is being offered for Bell's known whereabouts. The reward came thanks to a donation from the community.
Bell was last seen at her home in Ross County. Her mother told the sheriff's office Bell was going to a business in Highland County to tan but it is believed she never made it there, according to the sheriff's office.
Bell's mother, Melissa, says she grew concerned after 45 minutes went by, and called once an hour had passed.
The sheriff's office said Bell's vehicle was found at a church near the tanning business on State Route 28, west of Greenfield.
Her mother says the car's doors were unlocked with her phone inside and keys in the ignition.
A vehicle that fit the description of one that was in the same lot where Bell's vehicle was found was determined to not be the vehicle deputies were looking for.
She is described as weighing around 120 to 125 pounds, is 5-feet 6-inches tall, and has brown hair and brown eyes.
She also wears gray contact lenses, has a cross tattoo on her neck, and a ghost tattoo on her side.
In a missing report sent to 10TV by the family, they said she was last seen wearing a T-shirt, black leggings or Star Wars pants and a black North Face jacket.
On Thursday, the sheriff's office in Ross County and Highland County said they are looking to identify an individual who may have information related to Bell's disappearance.
Anyone with information regarding her disappearance is asked to contact Highland County Sheriff's Office at 937-393-1421 or the Ross County Sheriff's Office at 740-773-1185.
