DAYTON, Ohio — "Our house is gone. A tornado just hit our house. Oh my God. Oh my God."
Her voice shaking with emotion.
"There's a tree in our front yard. Our house is gone. Oh my God. We were just sitting out here."
A woman on Urbana Avenue near Dayton, Ohio, spoke in disbelief as she shared video on Twitter of the aftermath from Monday night's storms that swept through Southwest Ohio -- including reports of a "large and dangerous tornado."
Her post, which declares they took a "direct hit" from a tornado, has been retweeted more than 1,400 times as of 6:15 a.m. Tuesday.
"We're physically ok, just extremely shaken," she posted in a follow-up tweet. "There were NO SIRENS! Our street is destroyed. Our neighbor's house destroyed and her dad hurt when the light pole fell into their room. The firefighters are absolute HEROES!"
