CLEVELAND — The Cleveland Hearing and Speech Center held its 12th annual Cleveland Big Wheel Relay on Saturday, Aug. 3.
The event took place from 12-4 p.m. at Lincoln Park in Cleveland's Tremont neighborhood.
3News' Dave Chudowsky emceed the event for the 12th straight year. WKYC Studios is also a media sponsor.
Over $64,000 was raised from this year's event.
The family-friendly event, which featured raffle drawing, food trucks, and more, was free to attend. In addition, National BMX Champion Huck Kurinsky was at the event.
The teams raced in costumes on adult-sized tricycles. Paislee's Pilots are the defending champs while the Erie Warriors have been the top fundraising team the last three years.
Over the past 11 years, the Cleveland Big Wheel Relay has raised over $360,000 in support of CHSC programs and services.
