Flames could be seen jutting through the roof of the building, which has since completely caved in. No injuries have been reported at this time.

Fire officials tell 3News that flames were brought under control around midnight, but firefighters were battling hot spots at the scene early Friday morning.

Charlestown has a volunteer fire department, so crews from the Ravenna City Fire Department as well as other departments are at the scene. State Route 5 had also been closed in the area, but is now open again.

This is a developing story. Stay with 3News for details as they become available.
