PORTAGE COUNTY, Ohio — The Portage County Water Rescue Team responded to Nelson Ledges Quarry Park for reports of a missing swimmer.
At the scene, divers recovered the body of man. He was pronounced dead at the scene. His identity has not yet been released.
Officials are reminding citizens to practice water safety: don't swim alone and to wear a life jacket.
