The Streetsboro Police Police Department is seeking the public's help identifying the driver and locating a truck involved in a hit-and-run crash.
Officials are looking for the second truck involved in the crash, pictured below, that took place on Sunday, September 5 around 4:40 p.m.
According to reports, the driver of the red truck took "evasive action" to avoid a potentially fatal crash. A white truck failed to yield and pulled out in front of the red truck near the east end of State Route 303 and fled the area heading east, police report.
The Police Department is asking that if you were in the area around the time of the crash or have any information on the crash that you contact Officer Scott Hermon at 330-626-4976 or email them at info@streetsboropolice.com.
Officials are also looking for witnesses that may have had a dash camera at the time of the crash.
