Two kayakers were rescued from the Cuyahoga River in Kent early Sunday morning.
According to Captain Lynn of the Kent Fire Department, the two were stuck on pieces of debris in the river. Fortunately, no injuries were reported.
The pair's rescue comes just day after two women were rescued from the waters Saturday morning.
Captain Lynn advised that while the state of the river is "early spring-like," meaning there is a lot of water moving at a fast pace with debris throughout , it is not ideal for inexperienced, new boaters and tubers.
It is unknown when the water will return to a safe level, but officials are asking that people exercise caution before entering and while on the water.
According to the officials, at least 14 people have been rescued from the Cuyahoga River in two weeks.
